Nutrition, hygiene and health:

ASRA – Prachar Project – With Pathfinder International: To empower adolescents to engage in responsible sexual behavior as they enter into adulthood and marriageable age.

Breast feeding- With UNICEF & ICDS: Bringing awareness and counseling about the importance of Breast Feeding and its advantages for the Mother and child, to the neglected and underprivileged groups who lack knowledge of these affairs.

Nutrition Campaigning- With UNICEF & State Nutritional Cell: Providing counseling and awareness and supporting all nutrition related activities. Promoting nutritional well-being of society through the impartial interpretation and effective dissemination of scientifically based nutritional knowledge and advice.

Child Care Immunization-With Women Development Corporation of Bihar: We worked hand in hand to impart knowledge and information about childcare immunization. Its importance and time intervals for each vaccination, by providing tracking sheets and handouts etc.

ASRA – Swa Shakti Project – with Women Development Corporation of Bihar: To empower the leaders of the women Self Help Groups in the  area of Reproductive  Child Health , Health and Hygiene , Child care and immunization and HIV/AIDS.

PULSE POLIO-With UNICEF: Awareness campaign with the help of Sudha dairy project, Bharat Petroleum, Muslim Religious leaders, covering the urban areas and slums of Patna. We also encourage people to take the polio vaccine in on the day it is administered in there local areas. Also, keep documents and track records to check conversion ratio or level of participation by the people.

HIV/Aids:

HIV/AIDS is one of the biggest challenges facing the world today and is an important health issue in children and adolescents. ASRA provides support in developing training modules by gathering relevant information for the rural areas. Also, we provide support and awareness about HIV/AIDS and ways of preventing it affecting Adults and Adolescents who are most vulnerable to it.
